Eggs

Today I took three eggs, beat them up with some milk. Sauteed garlic, red onions, jalepenos and cilantro. Put the two together, scrambled and garnished with sliced avocado. It was 2 steps down from restaurant food, because there was some excess moisture in the eggs I think from maybe too much milk and/or seasoned the eggs too early/late.
